FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly abdominal surgery, and can be used for diagnosis of spasm, major duodenal papilla and choledocholithiasis. The method ensures qualitative filling of extrahepatic biliary tracts in all cases during intraoperation cholangiography, thereby diagnostic value enhancement of the method, avoiding biliopancreatic reflux and progression of complicating disease, such as acute pancreatitis. Cystic dust is catheterised during laparoscopic cholecystectomy, then duodenoscopy is carried out, during of which the orifice of major duodenal papilla is localised within of eyeshot, then under pressure control (Valdman apparatus) 0.5% novocaine solution heated to the body temperature is inserted, the pressure is noted, under which the solution starts coming to dodecadactylon (that is visually controlled during duodenoscopy), novocaine initiates permeation anesthesia, takes away spasms, that allows differentiating structure from spasm of major duodenal papilla, besides mucosal sensitivity is decreased for the next insert of contrast agent, then the orifice of major duodenal papilla is overlapped with duodenoscope and the contrast agent is inserted in to biliary tracts under pressure control: when it reaches 250 millimeters of water, insert of contrast agent is stopped and X-ray picture is taken.

EFFECT: diagnostic value enhancement of intraoperative cholangiography.
