FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and is intended for surgical treatment of glaucoma. Cut out is rectangular flap of sclera on 1/2 of its thickness with base to limb. On lip mucosa bifid flap is cut out. Trabeculectomy, basal iridectomy are performed. On scleral bed first hemostatic sponge is laid, on it bifid autoflap of lip mucosa is placed. Flap edges are fixed with interrupted sutures to intact sclera.
EFFECT: method allows to avoid sclero-scleral scarring, achieve optimal biocompatibility, reduction of post-operation inflammatory reaction, scarring and prolonging of hypotensive effect.
