FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinding of particles of various substances placed in liquid medium, and may also be used for activation of these substances or for their disinfection. It is possible to use intention for associated production of heat in process of substance grinding, activation or disinfection. Device comprises chamber of cavitation and circuit of liquid pumping. Cavitation chamber is equipped with barrier filter. Over the filter there is a cavity of gas mixture collection, in upper part of which there is a spark plug with two electrodes. Pipeline of liquid supply from circuit and pipeline of gas-fuel and gas-oxidant supply are connected to lower part of cavitation chamber. Device provides for detonation of gas mixture bubbles as external shock affects liquid by ignition of gas mixture cone above rotating liquid from electric spark plug.
