FIELD: systems for intensifying manufacturing processes in building and other branches of industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for processing materials in liquid flow comprises steps of supplying pressurized liquid medium into flow-through chamber at adding to it solid, gaseous or liquid matters while providing in flow-through chamber cavitation mode. Part of flow non-imparted to cavitation behind first row of cavitation bodies is subjected to cavitation in next row. Liquid medium is preliminarily mixed with added to it solid, gaseous or liquid matters in order to provide addition of prepared mixture in quantity proportional to flow rate of mixture in given cross section of flow-through chamber. Said mixture is introduced by different depth values and by different angles relative to lengthwise axis of chamber decreasing along flow direction. Apparatus is designed for performing the method according to invention.
EFFECT: possibility for preparing water-carbon suspension with highly uniform content of fractions of solid phase at lowered power and surface-active matters consumption.
