FIELD: engine and pumps, construction engineering.

SUBSTANCE: manual vibration disk-type smoothing machine with magnetic activator consists of the frame supporting motor drive that incorporates two-stage reduction gear, the frame being furnished with two side handles. Aforesaid motor drive with two-stage reduction gear is coupled, via shaft, with vibration ratchet mechanism whereto smoothing disk shaft is attached to make processed material vibrate. Smoothing disk is made from magnetoconducting material. Note here that magnetic activator is arranged at the frame lower part. This magnetic activator consists of cross plate and a set of permanent high-power magnets. Each pair of the said magnets is arranged so that the like poles face each other. There is a possibility to vary magnetic field gradient via adjusting distance between magnets from 0.1 to 4 mm. Horizontal motor rotation drive runs in bearings. The said motor is driven by low-power friction-type-gear motor.

EFFECT: higher quality of mix processing, faster mix hardening, higher water-retaining capacity, reduced delamination.
