SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy, particularly to composition of chromic iron. It can be implemented for fabrication of forming rolls. Iron contains, wt %: carbon 4.0-4.5; silicon 0.2-0.4; manganese 0.6-1.0; chromium 18.0-20.0; nickel 18.0-20.0; titanium 0.001-0.002; cobalt 18.0-20.0; tungsten 9.0-11.0; zirconium 1.0-1.4; iron - the rest.
EFFECT: iron possesses high resistance to twisting under conditions of high temperature.
