SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy, and namely to cast iron compounds. Cast iron component ratio is as follows, wt %: carbon 3.2-3.6; silicon 0.4-0.6; manganese 0.8-1.2; chrome 0.5-0.9; nickel 0.3-0.8; titanium 0.05-0.1; nitrogen 0.001-0.01; cuprum 1.0-1.6; tungsten 1.0-1.6; molybdenum 0.6-1.1; hafnium 1.0-1.6; and iron - the rest.
EFFECT: improving cast iron resistance to torsion under cast iron elevated temperature conditions.
