FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bridge engineering. Bridge comprises abutments, intermediate supports and metal box-like span with near-support sections of increased height made of orthotropic passageway board supported by longitudinal beams combined to each other by means of cross links and support diaphragms. The novelty is the fact that there are longitudinal openings arranged in headings of abutments and intermediate supports with depth equal to height of near-support sections, and metal box-like span is arranged in near-support zone as double-level, besides upper level in cross section is equal to width of bridge traffic lane, has permanent height along whole length of bridge and is equipped with external and internal longitudinal beams combined to each other in lower plane by means of ribbed plate. Lower level is arranged in longitudinal openings of intermediate supports and consists of longitudinal beams joined by height with internal longitudinal beams of upper level and combined to each other in lower plane by means of ribbed plate. Support part of upper span level are installed on heads of intermediate supports coaxially to external longitudinal beams of upper level, and support parts of lower level are arranged in longitudinal openings of abutments and intermediate supports coaxially with longitudinal beams of lower level. Method for erection of metal box-like bridge span with near-support sections of increased height consists in erection of launching slipway with pushing device, installation of rolling paths on abutments and heads of intermediate supports, assembly of box-like span sections on launching slipway, installation of launching nose onto cantilever section and their further launching into span. The novelty is the fact that double-level box-like span is assembled on steeplejack for full height, including near-support sections, erected on abutments and heads of intermediate supports of rolling path coaxially to external longitudinal beams of the first level, and longitudinal launching of double-level span is carried out, freely pushing lower level of metal box-like span, which creates near-support sections of increased height, through longitudinal openings of abutments and intermediate supports.
EFFECT: makes it possible to erect bridges with spans having curvilinear contour of lower belt.
