FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: rotary machine comprises hollow housing accommodating rotor with vanes arranged off-center therein. Housing generatrix runs along conchoids. Vanes are articulated with crankshaft mounted inside the housing. Disk-like rotor has mutually perpendicular guides accommodating said vanes. Vanes are fitted on connecting rod journals, rotational axes of the vanes being located on conchoids generatrix. Rotor rotational axis is located at the point of conchoids circle generatrix pole that is crossed by axis of symmetry of the vanes. Every pair of vanes is furnished with sealing plates and bans springs fitted on vanes ends.

EFFECT: simplified design, improved operating performances and higher reliability.
