FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: control system of fuel-handling machine with flexible object suspension in WWER-type nuclear reactor comprises digital-programme control device (1), control and data display device (2), automated control unit (3), remote control unit (4), computer (5) and fuel-handling machine actuating system (6). This system consists of neutron flux control equipment (7), electric actuators (8), link unit to electric actuators (9), blocking and path-control transducer unit (10), weight sensors (11) and linear displacement sensors (12). Digital-programme control device (1), which receives data from neutral flux control equipment (7) and from blocking and path-control transducer unit (10), weight sensors (11) through multichannel analog-digital transducer (13) and from linear displacement sensors (12), comprises the first programmable logic integral circuit (14) linked with the first microcontroller (15), connected via serial protocol with computer (5), which is connected with control and data display unit based on the second programmable logic integral circuit (20) and automated control unit (3).
EFFECT: operational accuracy and reliability of fuel-handling machine with flexible object suspension due to modern facilities and methods of process equipment control system construction.
