SUBSTANCE: hardware and software system includes interacting with each other a server configuration module, an application configuration module, a video surveillance visualization module, a video camera control module, wherein additionally contains a video analyzer module, which is systematically connected to integral algorithm control module, wherein the latter is interconnected with the video surveillance analytics algorithm control module by the color spots recognition method, video surveillance analytics algorithm control module based on contour analysis and methods of working with contours, trained neural network algorithm control module, and is also connected to the refueling machine control system module.

EFFECT: high accuracy and reliability of detecting dangerous approach of the working rod to the walls of the pool during reloading of nuclear fuel.
