FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, in particular to machines for dry cleaning and separation of tuberous roots. Cleaner comprises conveyor arranged over parallel augers with oppositely oriented helical coils, unloading conveyor, receiving accessory for tuberous roots. Coils of augers are arranged in the form of spheres that rotate around their axis and are half-submerged in holes arranged on auger along trajectory of coil orientation. Augers are installed with the possibility of rotation in opposite direction and with speeds in the ratio of 1:2. Coils of augers are arranged with pitch in the range of 1:2. Ends of augers are cone-shaped.
EFFECT: cleaner provides for improved quality, reduced damageability of tuberous roots, expanded functionality.
