FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics; when performing endoprosthesis replacement of hip joint in cases of intraarticular fractures of the femoral neck it enables to reduce frequency of disjunction during postoperative period and improve function of hip joint. For this purpose, when performing a posterior-lateral access the bulb-shaped, obturator internus muscle and both gemellus of the hip remain unchanged as well a as a joint capsule.
EFFECT: modified method of posterior-lateral access to hip joint is proposed to perform endoprosthesis replacement at intraarticular fractures of proximal femur.
