SUBSTANCE: before arthrotomy it is necessary to cross total muscular tendon of external rotators of a thigh, form foramens in supracotyloid iliac area, in area of greater and minor trochanter to apply Dacron ligatures through them; after arthrotomy and applying the elements of endoprosthesis one should apply additional Dacron ligatures from the elements of hip joint's capsule along anterior-superior and posterior-superior surface of cotyloid cavity towards the foramen upon the greater trochanter, and after resetting the applied endoprosthesis and reconstructing the integrity of articular capsule one should fix ligatures together in tension at taking a leg aside for the angle of 30°, not less at zero-point rotation, moreover, one should successively reconstruct the integrity of total muscular tendon of short external rotators and a broad fascia of a thigh. The innovation strengthens paraarticular tissues of a hip joint at preventing the dislocation of endoprosthesis' caput in post-surgical period.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis.
