FIELD: medicine, dentistry, dental implantation.
SUBSTANCE: when performing implantation, a dental porous intraosseous-periosteal implant is used, consisting of a base made of a porous material, in which a non-through threaded hole is made, located in the direction from top to bottom, corresponding to the size of the denture screw, a membrane made of a porous material with shape memory, made with a through hole, the size of which corresponds to the size of a non-through threaded hole. The hooks are made at the corners of the membrane for fixing the bone of the alveolar process, the non-through hole with the thread of the implant base and the through hole of the membrane are aligned, and the implant base is made individually according to the size of the patient's defect, with the possibility of immersing the internal part of the implant base into an artificially created bed in the alveolar bone. process of the upper jaw. The membrane is made individually according to the size of the defect, depending on the shape and size of the implant base. The membrane is located on top of the implant base and is rigidly connected to it. Dental implantation is carried out in three stages: at the 1st preoperative stage — the patient is diagnosed with a jaw bone with a defect, while obtaining a three-dimensional image of the configuration of the defect of the alveolar process of the jaw bone with individual parameters of the place of bone tissue deficiency, then a dental implant is made that matches the shape and size of the configuration defect of the alveolar process of the jaw bone. At stage 2 — operating one — the operation of installing the finished implant is performed, for which an incision, detachment and tilting of the mucoperiosteal flap is performed, the jaw bone tissue is split, and an artificial bone bed is created, corresponding in shape and size to the implant configuration, the implant is installed in an artificial bone bed, for which the implant base is immersed in the inner part of the jawbone, and the membrane is fixed subperiosteally in the alveolar process of the jaw due to the shape memory of the membrane and hooks located at the corners of the membrane, then the wound is sutured and postoperative drug anti-inflammatory treatment is performed. At stage 3 — prosthetics — after complete osseointegration of the dental implant, prosthetics are carried out, for which an impression is taken from the patient's jaw, then a denture is made and installed with fixation in a non-through hole with a thread of the implant base and a through hole of the membrane combined with it.
EFFECT: method, due to the material used in the manufacture of the implant and its design features, allows to improve the quality of implantation and the reliability of the operation of dentures in atrophied alveolar process.
