SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically - to traumatology-orthopedics and used to replace pathologically altered hip joint. Endoprosthesis contains a cavity separated from the head by two-layer gasket and a corrugated cover, mounted between the neck collar and the inner edge of the cavity, forming a closed cavity filled with biologically inert lubricant. One layer of two-layer gasket is made of springily-elastic porous material, is made with a spherical bulge, located in the vertical direction above the head, and fastened at the bottom of the cavity. The second layer of two-layer gasket is made congruent to the head in the form of polygonal plates separated by slits and fastened on the first layer. At the bottom of the cavity there is a hollow for immersion of a spherical bulge, having the shape responding to a spherical bulge shape and the diametre at its base less than the diametre of the head.

EFFECT: invention provides improved treatment results by increasing stability of the endoprosthesis cavity in pelvic coxal cavity.
