SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to chemical and pharmaceutical industry and deals with stable, composed of particles pharmaceutical composition of solifenacin or its salt, which can be obtained using binding substance with Tm. lower than 174°C, which has spherical form suitable for application of coating, and in which it is possible to inhibit decomposition in the course of time, granting pharmaceutical preparation solifenacin or its salt for clinical application. In particular, it relates to composed of particles pharmaceutical composition, with inclusion of composed of particles pharmaceutical composition of solifenacin into composition of pharmaceutical preparation. In addition, carrying out favouring crystallisation processing after obtaining composed of particles pharmaceutical composition it is possible to obtain more stable, composed of particles pharmaceutical composition of solifenacin or its salt.
EFFECT: there is claimed stable composed of particles, pharmaceutical composition, containing solifenacin or its salt.
