SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the medical industry, in particular to a pressed pharmaceutical product and a method for the production thereof, and also to a method for masking the unpleasant taste of a pressed pharmaceutical product. The pressed pharmaceutical product comprises coated particles produced by applying a film from a methacrylic acid copolymer and ethylacrylate to core particles containing ibuprofen, polyvinylacetal diethylaminoacetate, crystalline cellulose and ethylacrylate-methylmethacrylate copolymerand partially washed polyvinyl alcohol, where the coated particles contain ibuprofen, diethylaminocetate polyvinylacetal, crystalline cellulose and copolymer ethylacetate-methylmethacrylate, partially washed polyvinyl alcohol and the copolymer of methacrylic acid and ethylacetate, taken in certain quantities. The method for producing the pressed pharmaceutical product described above and a method for masking the unpleasant taste of the pressed pharmaceutical product described above are carried out by producing the core particles by granulating the above-described particle components, the coated particles are then prepared by applying a film from the copolymer methacrylic acid and ethylacetylate to the core particles and then the coated particles are pressed.
EFFECT: compressed pharmaceutical product described above and the methods (variants) have a good effect of masking bitterness, irritation or the like from an acid drug, and are also capable of maintaining a good sensation when ingested, without reducing the masking action to unpleasant taste over time.
