SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Proposed tire features radially directed inner surface of, in fact, toroidal shape and comprises: carcass 3 arranged on inner surface 2 of tire 1, and electronic unit 4 fitted, at least partially, into carcass 3. Carcass 3 comprises: at least, two sections 5, each having inner space in contact with appropriate section of electronic unit 4 and accommodating it. Each section 5 of carcass 3 is placed on inner surface of tire 1. There is also fastener 7 connected to sections 5 of carcass 3 to allows mechanical connection between unit 4 and said sections. This invention covers also method of mounting electronic unit 4 into tire 1.
