FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of automotive tires. Tires produced for automotive wheels comprise breaker structure arranged between carcass structure and tread core. Note here that said breaker structure comprises reinforcing structure arranged at the angle of zero degrees. Proposed method comprises arranging of reinforcing structure at said zero angle by application of continuous long reinforcing element on the surface of forming support. Note here that said application includes driving of said continuous long reinforcing element towards pressure element for application by means of guide channel. Application of magnetic attraction to said continuous long reinforcing element arranged at pressure element for application. Displacement of pressure element along with guide channel towards forming support unless said continuous long reinforcing element contacts with the surface of application.
EFFECT: higher quality of tires.
