SUBSTANCE: according to invention, green tire made on toroidal support is placed in mould for curing. Side sections of tire are clamped between cheeks of mould and toroidal support. Steam or other fluid medium is supplied under pressure into scattering gap formed between inner surface of tire and outer surface of toroidal support owing to expansion of tire. Procured gasket is placed on inner surface of tire to prevent diffusion of water particles in nontreated elastomer material.
EFFECT: provision of final product with high quality characteristics.
