SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the sphere of construction, namely to pre-fabricated temporary structures, making it possible to use it for stay of people under emergency conditions, and also for location of equipment and machines. Collapsible hinged metal frame for mobile structures and shelters consists of transverse arcs and longitudinal spacers. Arcs are formed by hingedly joined transverse spacers and are connected to each other by means of longitudinal spacers. Hinged joints of spacers are arranged by means of seat hinged joints. Seat of each hinged joint is arranged in the form of "П"-shaped bracket, and spacer is hingedly fixed on rotary axis installed in walls of bracket. Seat hinged joints of three types are used.
