FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: kiln comprises chambers, serially connected by fire wells, with detachable vaults and under-vault combustion space with nozzles of vaults for installation of burners to burn fuel. Each vault includes metal frame with fire resistant modules installed on it. Frame of vault is made of steel section bar with attached metal sheets, on inner side of which there are fire resistant modules made of fire-resistant felt installed. Burners for combustion of fuel are arranged on portable platform outside the vault with the possibility of their installation into specified nozzles of vaults, lined with ceramic material and arranged directly over fire walls.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of furnace operation and reduced consumption of power resources due to reduction in heat losses, increased quality of combustion due to more even heating of burnt items and improved convenience of use.
