FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: pumpkin and chicory are washed and rinsed at the specified parametres. Separately ground and finished to produce appropriate purees. Produced purees are blended with lime juice and sugar syrup. Then heating, packing, sealing and sterilisation are carried out.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to produce new nectar from non-traditional raw materials enriched with biologically active substances, which in chemical composition may be recommended for use in diet nutrition.
