FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: tomatoes, marrows and yacon are washed and inspected. Stems are cut from marrows. Listed vegetables are rinsed with bubbling of carbon dioxide into rinsing water. Then tomatoes are crushed, and marrows and yacon are separately ground and separately finished. Produced puree and juice are mixed with drinking water and table salt. Then produced mixture is heated, packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to produce vegetable drink enriched with biologically active substances, which may be used in diet nutrition in case of diabetes, disbacteriosis, various diseases of gastrointestinal tract, pancreatitis and liver functional abnormality.
