FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to orthopedics and traumatology, and can be used for predicting probability of posttraumatic neurodystrophic syndrome (PNDS) in case of radial bone fracture in typical place. Markers are determined: displacement of bone fragments, presence of concomitant diseases: cervical osteochondrosis, hypertension, sex, index of body weight (Im), dorsal displacement of bone fragments with angle of displacement 40° and more, presence of osteoporosis or osteopenia, type of fracture: "A" - extraarticular fracture of distal metaphysis of radial bone, "B" - incomplete intra-articular fracture of distal metaepiphysis of radial bone, "C" - complete intra-articular fracture of distal metaepiphysis of radial bone. Presence of concomitant diseases is detected: coronary heart disease, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer (D), diabetes mellitus of both types, osteochondrosis or other cervical spine spondylopathy, three and more risk factors of developing osteoporosis, osteoporosis or osteopenia. After that for each marker prognostic coefficient (PC) is determined in points, namely if marker sex is female PC is taken to be equal 7, marker sex - male - equal 0, if body weight index (Im) is 0.85 and less, PC is taken to be 4, if marker extraarticular fracture of distal metaphysis of radial bone - type "A" is detected, PC is taken to be equal 0, if marker incomplete intra-articular fracture of distal metaepiphysis of radial bone - type "B" is detected, PC is taken to be equal 3, marker complete intra-articular fracture of distal metaepiphysis of radial bone - type "C" - PC is taken to be equal 6; if marker dorsal displacement of bone fractures 40° and more is detected, PC is taken to be equal 5; in case if concomitant diseases marker hypertension is detected, PC is taken to be equal 7, coronary heart disease marker - equal 6; gastric ulcer and D ulcer - equal 3, diabetes mellitus of both types marker - equal 4, cervical osteochondrosis or other spondylopathies marker - equal 6, presence of three risk factors of developing osteoporosis - equal 8, osteoporosis or osteopenia - equal 40. PCs of all markers are summed up. If PC sum equals 15 and less low probability of posttraumatic neurodystrophic syndrome (PNDS) is predicted, if PC sum is 16-29 points, medium probability of PNDS formation is predicted, if PC sum is 30-39 points, high probability of PNDS formation is predicted, if PC sum is 40 points and more inevitability of PNDS formation is predicted.
EFFECT: method allows to carry out targeted prophylaxis and begin preventive PNDS therapy and in this way: to reduce PNDS formation, reduce extent of PNDS clinic manifestations and shorten terms of PNDS treatment.
