Composition results from formation of the mix containing compounds of zirconium, cerium, yttrium, lanthanum and additional rare-earth element, extraction of sediment from said mix with the help of base, heating said sediment in water, adding surfactant to sediment and its incineration. This composition can be used as a catalyst.
