FIELD: mechanical engineering; welding materials for "wet" hand welding of higher strength structural steels tending to hardening in thermal influence zones. SUBSTANCE: mixture contains compounds at the following ratio, mass-%: spar, 36-40; quartz sand, 17-21; ferromanganese, 8-12; ferrosilicium, 4-6; ferrotitanium, 4-6; chromium oxide, 1-3; potash, 1-3; titanium dioxide, the balance. EFFECT: improved quality of weld joints at underwater "wet" welding at depths up to 50 m. 2 tbl
