SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway vehicles with devices cooling components arranged in under-body space. Said components can represent power supply unit, current rectifier, transformer or traction motor cooled either directly or by means of appropriate cooler. Proposed device comprises first fresh air inlet and at least one blower to feed cooling air in direction of at least one component. Note here that cooler has second fresh cooling air inlet, communicated with aforesaid blower and arranged above side baffle of railway vehicle and, via air channel, with under-body space.
EFFECT: higher reliability, particularly in winter.
