SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric transport facilities. Railway vehicle comprises cooling system for components arranged under floor 2 such as AC rectifier, transformer or traction motor 4 to be cooled either directly or with the help of appropriate coolant. Note here that cooling system comprises at least one first inlet for external cooling air arranged in zone under floor 2 and at least one blower 5 to force cooling air to at least one of the components 4. Cooling system has at least one second inlet communicated with blower 5 for external cooling air arranged above side baffles 8 of vehicle 1 and communicated via air channel 13 with zone 2 under the floor. Note here that said first inlet is equipped with snow filter 16.
EFFECT: simplified cooling device, lower consumed powder.
