FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, namely to aircraft landing gear turning mechanism. Proposed mechanism comprises mechanism for turning landing gear wheels (6) arranged along landing gear leg (13) and including hydraulic cylinder (13) and toothed rack (5). Said hydraulic cylinder acts on toothed rack (5) that, in its turn, actuates revolving crown gear (8) via reversing herringbone gears (9, 10) to drive slide (22b) supporting landing gear wheels (6). Hydraulic cylinder is arranged along and parallel with upper tube (7). Reversing herringbone gears (9, 10) comprise first bevel gear (9) with axle (15) perpendicular to landing gear led axis and engaged with second bevel gear (10) arranged aligned with crown gear (8).
EFFECT: reduced sizes.
