SLEWING DEVICE OF HYDRAULIC MANIPULATOR SUPPORT POST Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: hydraulic manipulators and hoisting device preferably installed in transportation means; can be used in slewing mechanisms for main axle of hoisting cranes and reversible pivoted manipulators. SUBSTANCE: device has a base, slewing post installed on the base, intended to hold load hoisting booms with mounted tools and provided with toothed gear, a double-acting power cylinder with a rack kinematically linked with the post gear, and a support bearing engageable with flat back surface of the rack. The support bearing is made in the form of sealing member with removable strip manufactured of antifriction material. The sealing member is installed in the base housing trough a hole of the same diameter. The sealing member is pressed to the rack by screwing a stop with rounded end piece into threaded part of the mentioned hole. Blind auxiliary hole made in the seal is used for withdrawal of the sealing member out of inner space of the base housing. The diameters of the auxiliary threaded hole and the hole for fastening the strip in the sealing member are different. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 3 cl, 3 dwg
