FIELD: space power engineering; methods and devices for protection of the Earth against dangerous space objects: asteroids, comets, space debrius. SUBSTANCE: components of nuclear charges reduced in course of disarmament) are injected into orbits and are used for outfit of space in receptors directed to dangerous objects and iron-containing asteroids which are shifted to the Earth activity sphere by nuclear explosion train where they are subjected to radioactive decontamination and reprocessing for building members of space power industrial infrastructure of Earth from asteroid iron. This infrastructure includes solar reflectors and platforms; material of one-shot launch vehicles is used for spraying the reflecting layer. For accomplishment of inter-orbital transportation operations, provision is made for use of non-rocket facilities: resonance systems, type gravi-vehicle and systems at change of energy and impulses (cable systems and rotary pendulum systems).
