SUBSTANCE: plant tissue containing cambium is cultivated with inducing a cambium layer and tylosis from the other tissues. A clone of one cambium cell is recovered from the prepared mixture and proliferated. Creation of a homogeneous cambium cell line allows minimising the variation of cell growth rates and formation of secondary metabolites.
EFFECT: stable preparation of herbal biologically active substances by long-term cultivation.
