SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traffic safety systems and is intended for preventing emergency situations, providing continuous work quality control, calculation and optimisation of the required equipment and labour saving tools applied. Automated control system (ACS) for a road complex comprises an analytics centre, mobile and stationary equipment subsystems, a materials record subsystem, mobile group and communications subsystems, a statistical database, and a monitoring subsystem. All subsystems are unified by a single IT infrastructure, wherein the subsystems constitute software and hardware complexes including tools for obtaining, processing, transmitting data and for interconnection thereof.

EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities of the control systems for a road complex, consisting in the provided possibility of managing numerous data, conducting data analysis, and developing optimal managerial decisions.
