FIELD: maintenance of ice-covered road pavements. SUBSTANCE: slippery of ice-covered road pavements is broken by distributor based on mobile chassis which carries bin with conveyor for delivering gritting material to throwing disk. Mounted beyond opening in bin rear wall on horizontal lateral hinges is spring-loaded shutter. Horizontal lateral hinges are mounted on bin behind conveyor drive shaft and connected to shutter by means of brackets rigidly attached to shutter. Brackets are connected with bin by kinematic linkage which is made up of screw-motion mechanism, double-arm lever and rigid tie-rod together with spring located along it. Tie-rod is connected by its one end with double-arm lever, and other end of tie-rod has slot which accommodates pin fastened on bracket. Spring also connects together double-arm lever and pin.
