FIELD: gas-and-oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: linear load-carrying heating cable is lowered into internal space of flow string and is heated to maximum possible working temperature. Also the cable is unwound from a drum to a prepared platform to withdraw heat from cable on surface; the cable is lowered to an upper border of the block via a rolling cantilever with a bearing and guiding rollers; a wellhead is sealed by means of a wellhead stuffing box. Maximal working temperature of the cable in the well is maintained by means of a cable heating control system; notably, temperature on the end of the cable and average temperature of cable heating are controlled.
EFFECT: reduced prime cost, increased efficiency of paraffin-hydrate blocks elimination and ensured safety of operations.
