FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: heating plate consists of two basic flat elements, each basic plate, in its turn, consists of nonconducting plate, on surface of which there is a resistive circuit for development of power scattering zone lost as current passes along resistive circuit. Basic plate contains current-conducting strips made by method of melt metal sputtering, and electric energy is supplied along the strips to resistive surface. Heater is formed by two heating plates, between which there is space, so that each of them has independent thermostat. In method electric arcs are used for metal sputtering. Method includes sputtering of metal strips with the help of electric arc nozzle as two metal wires melt, painting of section between two current-conducting metal strips, annealing of produced plate, connection of two produced basic plates.
