FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely, to a heating apparatus (60) and an application thereof. The heating apparatus (60) comprises an ohmically resistive coating (30) made from a particle mixture (18; 20) using the cold spraying method. The technical result is achieved due to the ohmically resistive coating having a layer (32) with a thickness of 2 to 300 mcm, containing one or multiple plastic or malleable metals (18) and particles (20) containing one or multiple several electrically resistive metal oxides, carbides, silicides, disilicides, nitrides, borides or sulphides. One or multiple plastic or malleable metals (18) bind the particles (20) to the surface (42) of the substrate (40).
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of the heating apparatus due to the increase in the homogeneity and reduction in the porosity of the resistive coating.
