The chamber is transmitted motions with vertical and horizontal amplitudes at the outer diametre equal to 0.5-2.0 of the diametre of seed material fraction, with a frequency of 900-2000 vibrations per minute.
EFFECT: providing with consistent and required degree of grinding of hard germinating seeds.
