FIELD: agriculture; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agricultural machine building. Disclosed is a device for presowing treatment of seeds, which includes frame with vertical and horizontal posts and shaft, on which working mixing chamber and drive are fixed. Working mixing chamber is made in the form of cylindrical container with side walls inclined at an angle of not less than 10 degrees to horizon and fixed so that holes for attachment of bearing assemblies in side walls are offset from longitudinal axis of shaft in opposite sides by 2/3 of radius of side walls. Cylindrical container is made of elastic material, and side walls of working mixing chamber are made of rigid material with polymer coating, in one of the walls at distance of 0.05 of the wall diameter from the edge of the wall there is a loading-unloading hole with size of not less than 0.5 of the wall diameter with a sealed cover. Drive consists of engine, reduction gear and shaft rpm controller.

EFFECT: invention provides improved quality of seed treatment.
