SUBSTANCE: machine for pre-sowing treatment of seed material comprises a working body, a drive mechanism, a measuring hopper, an unloading chute, a grinding drum with the unloading window. The inner surface of the drum is coated with a rubber layer. The working body is made of rods-rollers which are not interconnected. Each of the rods-rollers is made of at least one strip bent wavily along the fold lines located at an angle to their longitudinal edges to form on the outer and inner surfaces of helical surfaces directed to one side at an angle of 30-70° to the axis of rotation, in the form of wave-shaped pockets. The shape and dimensions of the pockets on the inner surface can be different from the shape and dimensions of the pockets along the outer surface, and along the perimeter of the rods-rollers the pockets can be different not only in shape but also in dimensions. Each of the rods-rollers is coated with a layer of rubber and is provided on both sides with pins that have the ability to roll on feeler units mounted inside the grinding drum. The diameter of the pins is greater than the maximum diameter of the rods-rollers to ensure continuity of the gap between the rods-rollers and the walls of the grinding drum, which is larger than the maximum size of the seeds.

EFFECT: machine has advanced technological capabilities and improved performance, as well as its design is simplified.
