The device is also equipped with a supplementary impulse photoelectric sensors to measure the rate of sowing seeds, and sensors measuring the rates of application of solid fertilisers, two summing circuits, has the frequency input module, the controller of process control of sowing seeds and application of solid fertiliser with flash memory, the terminal of operator's control and management of technological process of sowing, a navigator, two shapers of control signals with actuators.
