FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: device for automatic control of technological process of farm machinery includes n pulse photoelectric sensors measuring the rate of seeding and n sensors measuring the rates of application of granular mineral fertiliser, two summing circuits of sensor signals, dual frequency input module, gated by the pulse sensor signals of the wheel rotation, the control unit. The latter is designed as a controller of the technological process of seeding with flash memory and the terminal of operator control. In addition, the device includes a navigator, two shapers of control signals by actuators, made in the form of two stepper motors of control the rate of seeding and application granular mineral fertiliser on the signals from the browser on the program stored in flash memory. The device is also equipped with an encoder and a frequency input module. At that the encoder output is connected to the input of the frequency input module. The output of the frequency input module is connected via RS485 interface to the controller, the terminal of operator control, and output of dual frequency input module. The output of the controller via RS232 interface is connected to two generators of control of rotation speed of two stepper motors. Axes of motors are rigidly connected with the axes of rotation of coils of dispensing seeding machines and applying granular mineral fertiliser of sowing device. At that the controller is designed to regulate rates of seeding and applying granular mineral fertiliser according to the speed of the device movement with two software-controlled stepper motors. The latter rotate the coils of the dosing devices according to frequency signals from the encoder converted to digital code by the module of the frequency input.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables to increase the speed and accuracy of the system of differential seeding regulation and applying granular mineral fertiliser, to reduce setup time of the machine to the corresponding culture and, consequently, to reduce the time of sowing and to increase the yield of crops sown.
