FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: field sprayer with a device for automatic control of the technological process of liquid mineral fertilization is proposed. It includes a power source with a control panel, a container for liquid mineral fertilization, a speed sensor, a suction filter, a centrifugal pump, an actuator unit consisting of a pressure regulator valve, flow meter, exhaust sectional valves equipped with mechanisms for regulating the return flow of liquid and bars with injectors. The sprayer is equipped with inlet valves connected to the container divided into sections by the number of inlet valves. The control panel is designed as a controller with a video terminal, flash memory and a navigator connected with a frequency input module and a discrete output module via RS-485 interface. The speed sensor is in the form of an encoder.
EFFECT: improved performance of sprayers for the application of liquid mineral fertilizers.
