SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, namely to viticulture. The method includes preparing sticks of parent stock and scions, and their calibration. Eyes are removed on the parent stock. The cut on the basal part of the sticks of parent stock is refreshed. Scion is cut into one-eyed sticks. Sticks of scion and stock are soaked in water. Sticks are treated in a solution of fungicide. At the scion and the rootstock sections are made. Imparted components are connected. Place of spiking is treated with paraffin, stratification and sorting are carried out, as well as the second waxing and hardening. The grafts are planted into the nursery garden. At that, after making the cut on the rootstock, before joining imparted components, the apical portion of the stock is dipped for 1-2 seconds into the solution of a symbiont with the concentration of 0.001-0.003%.

EFFECT: invention enables to increase the yield and quality of grafted seedlings of grapes.
