FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is a method that includes harvesting, cutting, eyehole blinding, preparation for grafting of rootstock and scion stalks, subsequent stratification of grafts and grafting. In this case, the stalks are treated with a 0.5% solution of the BioRootPlus preparation for 1÷1.5 seconds before setting them for fitting, the eyeholes are blinded after fitting the rootstock stalks and forming a green cone with a length of 1÷1.5 cm by hand, and then stratification is carried out.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain healthy full-fledged seedlings, as well as to simplify and reduce the duration of the processing.
