FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method involves preparation of stock-graft components, joining them, stratification and treatment by boric acid. Before waxing, the grafts are treated by a 0.2% solution of boric acid for a period of 2-3 seconds, and then the basal ends are kept in a stratification chamber, immersed at a depth of 10 cm in a 0.1% solution of boric acid for 72 hours. The next stratification process is carried out on sterile glauconite at +27°C and air moisture of 90%.
EFFECT: faster jointing of seedling stock with the graft for obtaining planting material of grapes free from infectious vascular necrosis and increased output of seedlings.
