SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine, namely to procedures and devices for removal and cleaning of hooves and horns of any rough edges of horn covers. The device contains a main part having a body-handle, inside circular saw located coaxially with the outer circular saw, which has dimensions equal to the size of the inner circular saw, and located in the immediate vicinity to it. The drive of the inside circular saw is made with the possibility of a counter-rotation relative to the outer circular saw. Besides the main part there is an additional part. The main part has a self-contained source of electricity or electric current converter in the body-handle. Additional part contains the facility with two separate sealed cavities having in the bottom conical slots for placement and movement of parts of the cone rod in them, equipped with metal screens with the possibility of interaction with the solenoids of electromagnets. The cavities at the top have connecting through a tube with an adjustable reducing valve and pressure gauge. One of the cavities through a tube with an adjustable reducing valve communicates with the small-sized compressor. At the bottom of the conical nests tubes depart, which after the merger end with a flexible hose with a nozzle to exit from its nozzle under pressure jets of air or liquid jet or their mixtures. Tumblers separately switch in the existing motor, solenoids of electromagnets of each cavity, the compressor, and are located on the body-handle of the main body of the device.
