SUBSTANCE: device comprises a body-handle, an electric motor, which bears a wind-blowing impeller on a rear shaft, and a cutting horn on the front one - in the form of a disk cutter with holes in the leaf and figured teeth on the periphery, arranged between the figure guide plate and the support disk. Besides, the support disk is displaced and stopped in the required place by means of a lock-nut. In the front part of the body-handle there is a circular support for a hand. The wind-blowing impeller supplies an air jet through channels of conical shape in the front wall of the body-handle to parts of the disk cutter. One side of the support disk is distanced, and at the distance it has a shape identical to the shape of the same side of the guide plate.
EFFECT: improved convenience of service and higher productivity.
